If you have found this page, you are either a nerd or interested in massage. As nerds, we often spend a lot of time behind our computer screen. Our minds are so focused on what we are doing that we completely forget our environment and that we are lost in total fascination and concentration. This is a good thing, and it helps us to create a lot of beautiful things. The problem however is that we often get tense.

We are so driven to get that program to work, that our whole body tenses up, and we get frustrated if it does not work. We spend hours and hours to discover that we overlooked one little thing that took five seconds to complete. Because of the tension combined with a bad posture and our not so healthy lifestyle (mostly lack of sleep, forgetting to eat or eating while typing) we get all sorts of physical problems.
